Warranty

Hari Hats was made with the utmost attention to detail, to provide the best look, feel and function to our customers. Our team extends a limited one-year warranty, starting after the customer’s date of purchase, covered for the following components of the product: Fan, Battery, Charger, Speed Controller Receiver, Spreed Controller Remote.

Who is Covered?

The original owner of a privately owned Honeyfeinated™️ Hari Hats who can provide a dated proof of purchase in the form of an invoice. The warranty is not transferrable.

What is Not Covered?

  • Parts that normally require replacement, such as the filter, hat, plastic casing around the fan, wires, electronic housings, etc., except for material or workmanship defects.
  • Parts when used outside the product assembly and specifications. Please refer to the User Manual received with the product for details.
  • Damage, failure, loss or deterioration due to ordinary wear and tear from abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, faulty installation, placement and operation, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, exposure to unreasonable temperatures or conditions. This includes damages caused by misusing essential oils or water treatment and cleaning solutions.
  • Damage resulting from inadequate packaging or carrier mishandling of returned products.
  • All products purchased outside of the United States of America.
  • This Warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by or resulting from failure to conform strictly to Honeyfeinated™️ specifications in connection with the installation, operation, use, maintenance, or repair of the Honeyfeinated™️ products.
  • Any replacement parts will become the property of Honeyfeinated™️.
  • The repair or replacement of your Hari Hats under warranty will not extend the period of the warranty.

Except for the warranty provided above, Honeyfeinated™️ disclaims any and all other implied warranties and any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the product for any period after the expiration of the respective warranty period after the purchase date. Honeyfeinated™️ will, at its sole discretion, repair or exchange a product under warranty. No credit will be issued.

Returns Service Policy

Please email honeyfeinated@gmail.com to initiate a return/repair service for warranty-covered items, and include your purchase order number within 30 days of purchase. To obtain warranty service, you must send the product in either its original packaging including all original accessories or a packaging offering an equal degree of protection to avoid damage in shipping. Any damage from inadequate packaging or carrier mishandling is the sole responsibility of the sender. We strongly encourage that you double box your return and insure your packages. We will also send additional instructions to your email after we process your request.
